Losing weight for the stomachFirst, i would watch what I am eating. Only eat health foods i.e. fruit and vegetables. Also, do crunches every night. I do about 50-100. You'll feel the burn the next morning. Overall, just eat healthy and excercise!

I disagree. Crunches WILL strengthen the muscles below the fat but you will need cardio exercise to remove the fat itself. If you need to lose 6 pounds in a month, first try walking. Get a pedometer (you can get one at the Dollar Tree for next to nothing) and then just walk. If it is too cold to walk around your neighborhood, go to a local mall and walk. The crunches should be an addition to a walking (or jogging, though I dont recommend jogging because of the damage it does to joints) routine and of course a diet. The basic rule for weight loss, regardless of what any fad diet tells you, is that calories expended must exceed calories taken in.
