The exact text of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States is:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Basically we have a right to say what we wish; we have the right to practice any religion if we so choose to believe religion; we have the right to print and distribute any form of media; we have the right to assemble and protest anyone including the government; and we have the right to petition the government. And neither congress, nor the president, nor the courts can prohibit these rights.
