You gave no info on what model Ram and what engine. Typically, Auto Trans Fluid "Plus 4" is what Chrys. calls for; however, standard Pwr Strg fluid should identify if it works on your vehicle.
The Power steering pump is located underneath where you put the power steering fluid.
The powersteering reservoir has the filler tube molded on/in it.
regular everyday powersteering fluid will work or you can use a dex III transmission fluid. it will work the same and be cheaper.
