Milk is very good for you, and helps to build strong bones, but I don't believe there are really any foods you can eat to help you grow taller. How tall you grow is pretty much up to genetics, and the best thing you can do is just eat healthy enough that your body has the right nutrients to grow properly according to its original plan.

You need balance of nutrient. Sweets, Chocolates, you need them too. Just don't eat too much of them. They are part of a healthy diet too! Drinking lots of milk might help a little but not very much. Some people are so tall is because of two reasons: either is from genetic or from enviromental. If your parents are not very tall, the chances are 50/50. You can be shorter than both of your parents, maybe taller than both of them or one of them. Who knows for sure? A healthy diet helps though. Include dairy food, protein, calcium, water, meat, carbonhydrates... etc. in your everyday list =)

Well, there is no type of food that makes you taller, but my theory of making you taller is by sleeping at least 10 hours a day. And also taking naps. It's summer vacation so when you are not going out, have naps and sleep early. Try sleeping at 9:00. that way you will wake up happy and taller. Trust me. My dad is a doctor and he knows what to do.
