the fuse box should be under the back seat on the driver side, if the parking light fuse isn't there it could be under the hood also on the driver side

usually on the same fuse as your parking lights are. if they work, might check the bulb id you haven't already
Check your fuses. The cars book should tell you where the fuse box is, and which fuse is for your parking lights.
If both the dashlights and the rear parking lights were not working try this. Look at the parking lights fuse ( 25amp) on drivers side fuse box under the hood you will find that the wire has corroded going into the fuse box. I installed a new fuse holder and spliced into the wire coming into fuse block.
It is possible that a fuse blew if the auto headlight and running light system quit working on a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. It is also possible that the computer is not responding to the set-up mode for the lights to work properly.

That fuse is fuse #3. It's a 20 amp fuse and is marked PK LPS. That fuse is for quite a few different items other than the parking lights.
