Freedom of speech is a part of the First Amendment of the constitution. The rights in the constitution that are given to all citizens are only relevant if you are in a spot where a governtment agent(police officer, FBI, CIA..ect). The rights do not apply when it is any private sector. for example if you curse at your boss you cannot say "i have free speech you cant do anything" because they could fire you when ever they want to, the rights will be irrellevant here because the establishment is not any thing to do with the government.
