You would constantly be breaking them down without allowing them to repair, and you would be damaging your muscles and constantly and increasingly sore. You certainly wouldn't be making any gains.

Yes, the barbell row does work the biceps, but it primarily targets the muscles in the upper back and shoulders. The biceps act as secondary muscles during the exercise.
You need to work your biceps and pump the guns until you eventually become stronger.
i am not sure but it might have something to do with your triceps and biceps

Rows are primarily used to work your back but they also work your biceps and I suppose your legs a little bit.

to move arm upwards, the biceps contracts. Triceps don't do any work here~
as often as you can. don't exercise the same major muscles everyday though. they need rest. example, monday you work back and biceps. then Tuesday do legs.
