The United States won, as Fred Korematsu was not granted his appeal and was sent to an internment camp, and none of the Japanese-American's cases were looked into. This fool has no idea what he is talking about... he was not even close to knowing what really happened with Fred Korematsu. Korematsu won this as some would say "battle" against the United States.
