If you Don't get enough exercise, the fat in your body can cover your heart causing you to get an heart attack which can lead to death. It is best for you to get as much exercise as you can and eat healthier food.
You may get high cholestrol, fat (obsese), high blood pressure, and this may lead to either stroke or a heart attack (cardic arrest).

  • It can also affect you psychologically (emotional & mentally.) Doing at least 30minutes of what ever type of exercise, a day as long as its exercise, even just a walk in the park can clear your head and get you thinking about things and can take a lot of the everyday pressures and stress from the environment we live in. By exercising it can also release happy/feel good chemicals called "endorphins" that can make you feel more positive about your out look in life and also how you perceive your body image. Exercise can also keep you fit and healthy and help the blood flow around your body as well as, tone up, lose weight and overall feel and look good. By not exercising, you will not feel any of the above, you will have more mood swings, less energy, weight gain and feel more sluggish!

Depends on your overall lifestyle.

What counts the most isn't if you do dedicated exercise or not, but how active you are. If you have a job that keeps you on your feet and active for most of the day, that can be enough to keep you healthy.

If you have hobbies that keeps you active, like dancing, riding, maybe dogs that need long walks every day, that can do too.

But if you never get a bit sweaty and winded your body will adapt to this low level of activity. You will lose your health margins, be more prone to become overweight, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and plenty of other things that will have a negative impact on your health.

If you dont exercise, you can get diseases or sickness that can lead you to end up in the hospital. For example, you can get heart disease, obesity, Diabetes, stroke, heart attack, etc.

You dont have to eat hamburgers with mayo, sauce and cheese every day if you know better. Have a good bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a supper with veggies and lean meat. What happens is that you can exercise but not give your body enough good nutrients to keep you healthy. There are enough sites, on line, that can guide you in the right direction. Keep you heart and arteries in good shape and, with the exercise, you will feel better and live a better life.
