Why were you driving without a license? You will be prosecuted for the violation but it has nothing to with fault. If the other party was At Fault their insurance is responsible for damages to your car. You will never get your license back. Habitual gets you jail time.
i had a suspend license and i involve with accident and idid not stop
You will be punished for the violations that you have for driving with a suspended license and for driving without insurance. These punishments will be severe but vary from state to state. The violations on your part will not effect the fault of the accident and if the other party is truly at fault then their insurance company will pay for your damages incurred in the accident.
If, during the precedings, you are picked up your licence then a separate matter will start up.
Actually, they are at fault, or so it's presumed - if their license is suspended, they shouldn't have been driving, hence, they should not have been there to have been involved in an accident. On top of that, they've voided their insurance policy by driving on a suspended license, so the expenses will likely end up coming out of pocket.
your still in trouble since you dont have a License,if you have a mean judge,
Sorry to say, Eva, but an uninsured car is not supposed to be on the public streets and a person with no license is not supposed to be driving a car. Since you contributed to the accident by violating these laws, you are at least partially at fault. The other driver's insurance company is going to deny any claim you submit.
The license status of the other driver has no bearing on your liability. If you were at fault you are still responsible for any damages and injuries. Just report it to your insurance company as you would any other accident.
The at-fault driver's insurance will pay for all property and bodily injury damages.
You go and hire an attorney and ask him for legal advice.
you got to jail for not having insurance or a vaild license and you are personally liable for all the damages you caused.
Yes the insurance carrier of the person at fault will pay for the damages if they are in fact proved to be at fault. However you will be cited for driving without a license.
No, if their license was suspended they should not be driving, if they are involved in an accident and are at fault the other person can go after you since it is your car and then you are liable.
