You will be warned against it, usually 2 times (but sometimes only once). This gives you the chance to start to contribute in a positive way. If you continue after being warned, your account will be blocked permanently.
If there are many questions being vandalized, you may be blocked right away.
Not everybody visits this website to ask and answer legitimate questions. There are people who spend their time in vandalizing websites, posting nonsense etc. Those kind of people visit Wiki Answers and post all sorts of nonsense in the answers. However, the one good thing is that we have a bunch of dedicated supervisors and community assistants who do their best to keep the website in good health and condition and keep such people away from the website.
If answers are close, but a bit false please feel free to edit them. WikiAnswers does not ban people for false answers just because they might have been wrong. That is why any user is allowed to keep editing to keep them from having false information. Now if a user is posting nonsense in an answer that is where you need to report it to a supervisor.
Yes. Before doing so, you should keep in mind that WikiAnswers is seeking helpful, truthful answers. Lying, vandalizing, posting nonsense and things like that can (and if you post stuff like that often enough) WILL result in your account being blocked.
Answers that are nonsense, contain personal information, inappropriate language or otherwise violate the terms of use are flagged automatically by the system and removed or edited.
There are certain things that a contributor of WikiAnswers is not supposed to do, like:Deleting good answers;Asking nonsense, offensive and unnecessary questionsAnswering a question with things like "Google it and find out" or "Duh";Posting nonsense, personal information or advertising in answers - this is called vandalism;Using harsh or scornful language, posting adult/harmful content, etc.;The single worst offense is Cyberbullying. WikiAnswers has a no tolerance policy on this type of abuse. No warning is necessary, the user can be blocked immediately.Supervisors keep an eye on what goes on in the community; if they feel a user is crossing the line, they might give a friendly hint to a new user. Otherwise, there is a warnings system. If things continue even after two warnings, the Super blocks the user.
because by kids getting their answers can be for many reasons they can check if they was right or they can get the answers then study the easy to know.
It is not particularly against the rules unless you are doing it deliberately as a form of vandalism. Instead, you should edit the questions if they were asked wrong or flag the answer if it is abusive or doesn't answer the question. You could also go to the talk page and clarify your intent if the answers you get are not applicable to why you are asking. You can even contact the contributors if you don't like their answers, as long as you keep it civil. There are site vandals who keep posting many similar nonsense questions. The most notorious one is known by supervisors as the "Object Vandal" because all of their initial questions contained the word "object." The questions are clearly nonsense and are all very similar to one another. This type of activity is against the rules.
The rules of posting into a general ledger are simple. Keep track of expenses in one part of the ledger and keep track of credits in another part.
Within the Wikianswers setting, Supervisors keep track of what is going on in their categories. We may answer questions, or review the answers that other people have made. We may move a question to another category, or remove (trash) a question that is inappropriate, or asks about illegal acts. We may discipline people that are making nonsense answers, or trashing valid answers.
I will keep posting more important posts on my Website for all of you. Please give your support and love.
they say they see a light ....sorry i mean tunnelIt is not merely a belief, many have actually died & been revived & said the same thing, as well as seeing images from your life. Note to Above responder, try to keep nonsense out of your answers while you still maintain the ability to place answers.
On this site, when the question is answered an automatic email is sent to the email address you provided. The email will read..."A change had been made to this question" and then gives a link to the question you asked. Normally there will be a fairly good answer, but sometimes vandals get to the question and make nonsense replies. When this happens, please go to the community forum and report it. We try very hard to keep our site clean, but the trolls will come in no matter what we do. Help us by reporting bad answers, please?
