If you don't eat healthy, you get overweight and have higher risks of getting cancers. It also makes you lazy. Unless you exercise, you shouldn't eat any junk food.

Eating healthy affects different parts of your body. Different nutrients are needed to promote your individual organs.

Obviously, being overweight or consuming too many calories puts you into a higher risk bracket for Diabetes and Heart disease.

Consuming alcohol is bad on your liver functions.

It's important to promote good healthy eating through a variety of special nutrients.

If you are eating junkish and are not exersizing, you will become overweight, and eventually, if you keep it up, obese. You will have heart problems, and your organs and your entire body will be much worse than they would be if you treated them right. You will also have low self-esteem and will constantly be unhappy with the way your body looks. Unless you have a speedy metabolism, you will gain weight.

Commonly the most noticeable things that happen are a decline in energy, strength and ability to focus on what ever tasks you are performing. On a longer term level, your body will begin to deteriorate in smaller, then larger ways over time. Organs will not be able to function the way they were meant to, and your overall health will decline. At some point, it becomes difficult to ward off diseases that the body usually can handle without you getting sick. You will have more colds, they will last longer, and you will eventually become a sickly person.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A HEALTHY DIET AND FOLLOW AN UNBALANCED DIET IT MAY CAUSE SICKNESS,A LACK OF ENERGY AND MAY EVEN LEAD TO DEATH!

This will somewhat depend upon the exact nature of the diet. A diet that has all required macro- and micronutrients but has excess calories, sodium or other nutrients won't have much effect on the muscles - you will simply gain weight. However, a protein-deficient diet can result in muscle atrophy or loss of muscle mass.
