Yes you can. I've used it before I realized that there's now a pam spray specifically for baking which has a built in flour with it. They'll both work though for baking a cake and any other baking as well. Good luck with your baking!
People use various things. Pam, silicone spray, WD40. Always SHUT THE BLOWER OFF before putting your hand in to clear or spray it!
