He likes you but maybe he has a girlfriend you don't know or never heard of and he doesn't want his girlfriend to see him staring at you. If not he maybe doesn't like you that much or he is shy and you might notice that he likes you.

∙ 12y agoI think it means that this boy is shy and he may not be aware that he's staring at you, but while he's doing it he may possibly thinking about you or ways to make you become something other than aquaintences. I have this situation in my grade. I'm 12 and there's this boy that I really like and he always stares at me. I guess he's noticing me at least and he liked me from 1st grade to at least 4th grade but I can't figure out if he still likes me. I'm totally confused!
