Then the landlords mortgage will go into default and if he/she continues to not pay the mortgage the property will be foreclosed on, and yes, you will be left in on the street. there is nothing that says (unless it is in specifically in your rental agreement) what your land lord has to do with the money.

Owe 65 thousand to first mortgage 40 thousand to second mortgage but second mortgage is foreclosing how will first mortgage get there money?

In foreclosure proceedings the 1st mortgage gets their money first. Either the 2nd mortgage will have to buy the 1st mortgage entirely and then sell your house or they will have to hope that whoever buys the mortgage at auction, will bid enough to pay them off.

Can a mortgage company sue for the entire amount of a second mortgage after foreclosure even though they received money to cover the first and some of the second after the sale of the property?

First, it is unclear how you know the mortgage company received money toward the second mortgage from the foreclosure of the first mortgage. The lender can sue for the second mortgage. You should consult with an attorney who can seek documentation from the lender to support the amount they are suing you for.First, it is unclear how you know the mortgage company received money toward the second mortgage from the foreclosure of the first mortgage. Who evicts people?

The landlord will evict the people also called tenants. The eviction service is carried on between landlords and tenants in a legal manner. So if there is any problem occurs regarding money then the landlord will evict but he has to follow some rules and give some notice time to the tenant. I got this idea from the Eviction Services of Rocket Eviction. Thanks.

Is there a law that states that if a tenant is renting a home and the landlord declares bankruptcy and is abandoning the property to the mortgagee then the tenants can make payments to the bank?

There's no law that says the bank has to take the tenant's money. However, the Federal Protection of Tenants in Foreclosure Act requires the bank to give tenants 90 days to vacate.

The overcharge is fraud, and a federal crime. You should notify the housing authority that issued the voucher, and sue the landlord for the overpayment, or just refuse to pay rent until you are square.

Is it illegal to spend tenants security deposit for unpaid rent if tenants left early?

No, normally you can spend the money. If a tenant terminates a lease early the landlord can keep the security deposit and sue the tenant for loss if the unit is not re-rented by the time the lease would have expired.

Can a landlord ask a tenants jobs how much heshe makes?

Sure, you can ask a person anything...doesn't mean that person has to answer. In the case of a landlord, if you don't provide the answer, the landlord may be legally within his rights to pass you over since the amount of money you make is germane to how you are going to pay the rent. If you are, for instance, making a ton of money selling drugs, the landlord may choose to not risk his property by renting it to you. In some jurisdictions the property where illicit activity is occurring may be forfeited. If you can provide no tax records, the landlord may be more than a little reluctant to risk his property.

How do you get a landlord to accept a second mortgage on an investment property?

It's hard to see how that could possibly concern you. If you want your landlord to make improvements, it really is none of your business whether he takes out a second mortgage in order to do so or not, as long as he does make the improvements. If you're asking for improvements and the landlord is saying "I would, but I don't have the money", then about all you can really do is threaten not to renew your lease unless the improvements are made... unless they're required by law, in which case you could report him for being in violation of the law.
