That is called the oil filter adapter housing. Thay sell a o-ring and gasket kit to fix that problem.
Oil pressure sender. It is directly above the oil filter and has a wire going to it. Replace it.
The filter does not have a good seal. If it is a pressurized system remove the filter clean the lines and filter clips and reinstall. If it still leaks then you may have a bad filter.
oil leaks

I was an auto tech years ago.. and if I remember correctly the oil pressure switch is located above the oil filter and is prone to leaks in high mileage vehicles. May want to take a look there!
check for vacuum leaks
faulty fuel filter or seal on filter not sealing

Check for vacuum leaks.
smell of antifreeze and no visable leaks usually indicates that the heater core needs replacing
Sounds like it's running out of fuel. Check fuel filter, vacuum leaks, fuel pump, etc.
First off go to your fuse box and remove the fuel pump fuse and start car (wont start) but doing this you will empty most gas in the filter and pressure in the filter. It is located on the rear wheel axle right above it. On one side there is an nut that you will need to loosen on the line and you may need wd-40 to loosen it and on the other side should be the rubber hose with quick connect tabs squeeze tabs and remove it from the line. Now you can replace the filter. Put it in the nut part first screw it in tightning the nut around the edge of the fuel pump. Now insert the other part (should look like a pipe) into the rubber and plastic fuel line make sure the tabs click now insert the fuse back in and start the car look for leaks and if there are leaks tighten more until there are no more leaks.
