He is raising taxes, trying to force a devastating Healthcare plan down the throats of the American people, and running his country down to foreign nations that could never begin to repay their debt to The United States.

He is also trying to run this country to the ground or so it seems like it he is letting criminals run the street ( murderers and rapists) run lose to keep doing their crimes. he does not care. he is trying to inforce this health care plan, and he almost inforced a stimulus bill that he DID NOT even read. HALF OF THE PEOPLE WHO VOTED FOR HIM DONT EVEN KNOW WHO HIS SECRATERY OF STATE IS! the y don't know who Nancy pelocy is they don't know who mt romney is and they sure don't kow who Barack Obama really is or what he really does because they would not vote for him if they did!

This thing above me is nonsense. Taxes have been the lowest they've EVER been, according to Politifact. Americans need healthcare, because our private companies raise prices each month, and file everything as a "pre existing condition". The debt has been higher in the past, and he's paying it off by increasing our economy, which has been working, but not much pay to the, honestly, useless, debt. No criminals have been let loose. He's applied humane laws to Gitmo and Iraq War is over. This person above is a Fox News viewer if i ever saw one.

President Obama is helping the country and the middle class. He has already made many accomplishments despite full obstruction by the Republican party in Congress. His approval rating in the polls is higher than most recent presidents.

I agree with the second contributor above. The first answer contains little to no fact.

• Taxes have been the lowest they've ever been, according to Politifact and other sources. [However, I do believe this is not necessarily a good thing in all aspects.] The lower revenue and taxes is significantly, if not entirely, caused by the tax breaks given to the wealthy when the rest of us got raised taxes under other administrations. The top 1% in income should not get off without paying taxes like the rest of us. They use the things our taxes pay for just like everyone else (police, fire, FDA, national security, weather service, etc etc etc...) but they don't have to pay for it; WE pay for their protection and use of our roads, drinking water, sewage disposal, trash disposal, etc. Their not paying taxes is making our revenue too low ever since the cuts to the rich folks' taxes were made, contributing to the debt. The top 1% need to have taxes raised back to the level beforethey were given free hand out money from our taxes. This equality among citizens is constitutionally mandated so that this country treats people fairly and equally. It is anti-American to have given the uber rich special treatment. That makes it a Plutocracynot Democracy.
• Americans desperately need a national healthcare plan like most other civilized nations have. American children are going without proper care. Our private insurance companies raise premiums nearly each month, without cause, to unaffordable rates. They deny too many claims as "pre existing conditions" or under other policy "provisions". It is the private insurance companies who add the mounds of paper work and rules the providers must follow in billing claims through the private insurance claim administrators, this is not due to government over-regulation.
• The President's policies, including the much-criticized stimulus package, have caused the slowest increase in federal spending of any president in almost 60 years, according to data compiled by the financial news service MarketWatch. See the graph in the related link below for the actual facts of which recent presidents have added significantly to the federal spending compared to each other. President Obama ranks as the president (Since Reagan) with the lowest spending record so far. Significantly lower. All the talk about his lack of fiscal responsibility is total fiction. The economy is improving and it is due to his leadership on this issue and understanding of economics in large government.
• No criminals have been let loose. He's stopped the torture war crimes of the prior administration. Iraq War is over (a true"Mission Accomplished" this time).
• It is appalling how brain washed so many Americans are to believe what they are told to believe when it is totally false. No effort is made to find out for themselves. Is it just laziness? Why are they such blind followers? The smallest amount of research and effort on their parts would provide them with facts instead of Fairy Tales that they currently believe are real.
• I will play the race card, although no one else seems to have the guts: I think so much of this fiction is based on underlying racism and it is an ugly America I see exhibited by it to the rest of the world.
• National Security: He has done the most of all presidents to stop terrorists in the world. He captured and killed Osama bin Laden, for heaven's sake!

As you know the military is where our primary tax dollars are spent so right after the president was elected he began to make plans to withdraw all of the United States troops from Iraq. He has signed the American Recovery Act stimulus package of over 750 billion dollars to help the economy recover. He is no trying to pass health care reform which will create competition in the market with public option and aid citizens in need.
