Technarchism involves the condition of people who have been for years disillusioned with the systems of governments, especially that of colonialism, capitalism and western democracy. These people now seek to use the available technology to help them find a way out of this dysfunctional government dilemma. They do not know which way to go or who to turn to so they become like loose canons guided by the missiles of their technologies to chart their own destinies.
Unlike the old anarchists, these people will be non-confrontational as they now use the internet and social networking to help them achieve their desired objectives. Their motto and manifesto now becomes- "There is no speech nor language where our voices will not be heard."
Ras cardo reggae and rasta prophesy will be the education to heal the nations.
