Send her outside to play! If you want or need to have her work out, talk to your pediatrician. Improper fitness training can be detrimental to a child before they have matured. Walking is probably the best exercise, it does'nt require a visit to the doctor, swimming also is a good way, if you are over weight, to exercise.

You can work out by running a 1/4 of a mile every day

doing multiple push-ups and sit ups

eating heathy

wheat bread, salad, white chiken,and drinking water ( NO SODA )!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
