If your looking for strength in your abs like I have do 800 crunches, 100 pushups, (upper body) and 100 oblique crunches (moving side to side). DO NOT START AT WHAT I STARTED WITH YOU'll HURT YOURSELF . Though I exercise this much my abs are not as defined but they are extremely strong its hardwork!

Now if your looking for looks you need to eat a lot of vegetables and meats. Chicken and Fish are high in Protein same goes for milk. Vegatables that are good would be Carrots, Broccolli, and Tomatoes (enzymes break down fatty acids faster with these acids).

Good looking abs are all about diet and you need to stick with it. Many teens today have love handles which extend all the way into your lower and middle section of your gut. Carbohydrates are good but your better off eating vegetables that are high in carbs. Whole Grains work great as well. Do not eat saturated fats (these are Burger King, Mcdonalds etc.,). Unsaturated Fats are better molecules like these are broken down by enzymes easier! Eat nuts, seeds, and fruit. Eating Antioxidents like Raisens or Plums work well too.

Do not drink or do drugs (marijuana). Drinking alcohol goes right to your gut and you get a quarter keg in your stomach. Marijuana causes your work habits to be hurt you get lazy from it...plus getting baked gets you the munchies...you eat more that way!

Working your upper chest is said to often work your upper abdominals (core) so doing pushups work well with balance. Doing crunches with weighted balls are good too i do mine at 20 pounds. Reverse crunches work good and keeping your metabolism going makes you burn off that belly fat faster for better abs. Flex your abs in the mirror! KEEPING THEM FLEXED MAKES THEM STAY IN THE FIXED POSITION YOU SEE IN BODYBUILDERS! PUSH YOURSELF TO YOUR LIMITS AND BEYOND! IF ALL ELSE FAILS WAIT IT OUT AND GIVE YOURSELF SOME TIME IVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A YEAR AND YOU FEEL STRONG!
