If you consider Afghanistan or Armenia part of the Middle East, those would be be your answers. Otherwise, every Middle Eastern country has an outlet to the ocean. Some like Jordan and Iraq have a very small coastline while others like Saudi Arabia have miles of coast.

Armenia is the only landlocked country in southwest Asia. Jordan comes close, but it has 10 miles of coastline along the Gulf of Aqaba.

There is no landlocked country in the Middle East. Jordan, which comes closest to being landlocked, still has 10 kilometers of coast on the Gulf of Aqabah.
