If you do not with to purchase any treatment creams, the best thing to use it just soap and warm water. If you do this every morning and evening, you will soon see an improvement. Also, using a warm flannel on your face has proven to help remove spots. It's best to try different methods, and see which works best for you.

∙ 12y agoI'm not really sure if this works but it seems to on my friend. (She has perfect skin) My friend gets disolvable aspirin and dissolves it in water and puts it on her face and after a few minutes she washes it off. It seems to work on her face. Try googling "ways to get rid of pimples using aspirin" or something and hopefully you can find a recipe for it. :)
