The student objective is normally correct as teachers are normally simple minded and rather obnoxious. A student looks at something through many different angles giving more room for improvement and interesting theories while for a teacher the only correct answer is the one written in the book. Therefore, a student is under most circumstances the most reliable for an answer as teachers may be biased and only follow the things said in the book.

Yes. The student and the teacher are in a rleationship that is different from romance, and it is illegal for a teacher to have a romantic contact with a student. Both the student AND the teacher are in for major legal problems- and the age difference between the two is far too great. Bad idea.

Why is a positive attitude of a teacher so important when teaching an additional language?

The teacher's attitude is important no matter what subject is being taught. A positive attitude is important because the teacher's attitude affects the student's attitude, and can make the difference between the student learning the language or becoming discouraged.

Can a teacher get in trouble for buying a student a pregnancy test?

The answer to that may have a great deal to do with the relationship between the teacher and the student. While not exactly unlawful, it may cross the school administration's rules of proper behavior between teacher and pupil. At the very least, it may be viewed as an intrusion in the relationship between the student and her parents or guardians.
