That varies greatly depending on the year of production, carb, etc. The highest factory rated 400s were the 1969-1970 Ram Air IV at 370HP@5500rpm. Later smog versions produced after 1974 were as low as 170HP with the two barrell carb. Google "wallace racing" their web site it has a great engine search feature, will tell you specs of your exact model.
