Every other state in this country is an "at will state", meaning that an employer/employee have the will to work policy, at any given time they can terminate with/without a reason, although they don't have to have a reason file unemployement and see what reason they give them and from there an investigation will be done, but if you feel you have been discriminated against then you file a complaint with the EEOC, then file a lawsuit against employer. The only way to prove wrongful termination is discrimanation.

He helped people by showing people that the color of skin and the shape of someone's nose or eyes didn't matter but to be judged by the content of ones character. Also, to people that blacks and whites are equal and there is no need for fighting or killing in the world because of the color of ones skin. It shouldn't matter wether you are purple, blue, pink, black or white. We are all people and that's all that matters. Discrimanation is not the answer to anything nor is slavery. So, don't treat people bad just because they are a little difrent :) Trust me I am Caucasion and an African American girl picks on me because I am White. It isn't right.
