Resource conservation means preserving the Natural Resources of the Earth.
Natural resources can be classified as renewable and non-renewable. Renewable resources include living things, soil, water, some types of energy eg: solar power. Non-renewable resources include fossil fuels.
As an individual you can help to conserve resources by following three simple rules: reduce, reuse and recycle.
Reduce: you can start by reducing the amount of resources which you use.
Reuse: instead of throwing something away when you have used it, try to reuse it instead of buying new.
Recycle: When you can't reuse something try to recycle it instead of just throwing it away.
