To change a Buick Rendezvous headlight it will be necessary to raise the hood on the vehicle. There is an access panel for changing the headlamp just behind where the headlight is. Remove the panel, then gently turn the old bulb. Insert the new bulb without the hand touching the glass part of the bulb. This can be done through the use of a special pair of pliers made just for this purpose.

The fuses on the Rendezvous are located on the side of the center floor console, on the PASSENGER side!! Improvement on whomever wrote the answer above. There are two places for fuses. The smaller fuse panel that most problems will be solved at are as stated above. However, there is another fuse panel under the hood. Consult your user manual to find the location of both fuse panels and a diagram on which fuse is part of which circuit. Without the diagram, you would have a very hard time finding what fuse you are looking for.

Per the manual for my 2002 Rendezvous, the passenger side of the center console down by the floor has a cover for a fuse panel. The REAR Aux power outlet fuse is #14. Under the hood near the battery is the other fuse panel. You have to remove the black cover to get to it. The cover is marked with "Fuse Relay center." # 32 is labeled in the manual as Front Power Outlets(plural), "lights" and ""Onstar. Since they mention more than one, it must mean that the front and the one at the rear of the center console are off the same fuse. # 45 is the main battery fuse for the power outlets but is also for the body computer, level control, power seats and mirrors. If only the fronts are out, it is probably #32 in the panel under the hood. What "lights", I am not sure.
Horn Fuse # 14 ( 20 amp) in the fuse panel on the passenger side. Be sure and check fuse. Exchange with another 20 amp fuse and try horn if horn still does not work then it is the horn relay located under the hood fuse panel.
