Well the clicking noise almost always means that it's to late for preventative action, because your CV boot (little rubber Accordion looking thing) has already been cracked or split and has allowed some sort of road contaminants into the boot, like sand or dirt. Which means the joint itself has already been damaged. However it is generally something that progressively gets worse, say it starts happening but only when you make a sharp left or right turn. Now if it just started happening, you can definitely prolong the amount of time before it actually needs to be replace. I have gone almost a year from the time I first heard one of my CV axles clicking and when I actually replaced it. How I was able to do so was first by avoiding really dirty/dust roads or puddles. Also trying not to turn so sharp that it makes that clicking sound. Because that is the sound of the joint being damaged further. Oh yeah, I also made sure there was plenty of grease in the boot. I used a multipurpose grease made by Valvoline, and comes in a blue jar.
Depends on where it is coming from. If it seems outside of the vehicle, it could be a hub bearing.
Coming from the drive wheels? Could be worn CV joints
It could be a starter problem....can you tell where the click is coming from? is it the started clicking, or a relay clicking?
action setting is the setting that we apply on the object in our slide some animation and other graphics comes under it .it could be activated by clicking on it
Possible a failing U-joint.
I suggest that you take your car to the dealer and they can help you there and tell you if there is somthing wrong with it or not.
the clicking noise could be you lifters are starting to go bad or your valves might be bent a lil. eather you should just take it to the shop and have them look at it soon or you could blow your motor.
if its coming as you turn it would be lack of lubricante in the cv joint or it could be the ball joint, as far as engine wise it could be your valves
One thing that can cause a clicking noise under the car is when the bar bushings get worn out on the sway bar. Also, it could be coming from the struts if strut oil is leaking. Other things that can cause a clicking noise if not working properly are the exhaust system and the transmission clutch assembly.
A clicking sound when you turn the key could mean your battery is dead. It could also indicate the starter is going out.
The clicking may be the belt tensioner clicking. I know that mine is causeing a clicking noise. If you get a friend to help you, you will be able to see it happen if that is the case.
Yes, if it has a mechanical speedometer. It can also be a relay that is clicking.
