How do you find the high beam indicator light on a 1981 el camino?

The high beam indicator light will be located on the right side of the instrument panel. It is in the same housing as the check engine, choke, brake, and seat belt indicator lights. The high beam indicator is the only blue one, making it easier to find.

What is the cause of the High Beam indicator light to remain on for a 2005 Nissan Sentra?

The reason a high beam indicator light might remain on in the dash of a 2005 Nissan Sentra might be a short in the wiring for the high beam headlights. It could also mean a short in the wiring of the steering wheel where the high beam switch is located.

Why is your beetle blue light flashing?

The blue light is the high-beam indicator. The only reason I can think of that it would be flashing is the headlight relay isn't latching into the high-beam position.

What would cause the low beam headlamps to stop working on a 91 Geo Prizm but the high beams work fine and the blue high beam indicator doesn't work either - have checked fuses and relay?

OK, the REAL reason this happened is that the GROUND from the LOW BEAMS opened and did not return to the dash. This causes the HIGH BEAM indicator to not work (because believe it or not, they use the low beam filaments as a return for the low beam indicator!), but the high beams to still work OK. Rather than disassemble the whole dash & turn signal assy., I just ran an additional ground wire to the LOW beams (through a switch, so I could disable it if necessary) and it solved the problem. I still don't have the little blue high beam indicator, but you casn tell if they're on or off . . . P.A.
