Honestly, any somewhat modern laptop will do (i3 or equivalent processor, 4 GB RAM). It's not the laptop that matters most, but the internet connection. If you're near your router, and your laptop has a network port, then you can try plugging directly into the router instead of using the wireless connection. If you're out and about, find yourself a Starbuck's or McDonald's (or anywhere with free WiFi).
