Try using "Top Cream", it works beautifully. Apply every evening just before you retire to bed. Applying during the day only makes the area perspire and that can make things worse. Avoid friction between the lower chin and neck. Also try to keep that area as try as possible and give it a little extra attention when bathing (Scrub vigorously).
