Any high quality oil. Check the engineering certificates on the top of the oil bottle. If they meet your auto manufacturers requirements, it's a good oil. In general, you want to use a grade (thickness) of oil that is as thin as possible without allowing the oil pressure to drop too far when the engine is at an idle.
