Weight can be easily reduced at the age of 44. The only thing one requires is patience. As after the age of 40 majority of people's body does not remain the same as it used to be in their 30s.

One should focus on his/her diet while doing any physical activity e.g. jogging, cycling, strength training etc. whichever is suitable for that person to shed that extra fat.

The same way you do at any other age... burn more calories than you consume. Because you're 51 years old, your metabolism has most likely slowed down. But that just means you would have to work a little harder at it. Portion control is key in eating as is your choice of what to eat. Cut back on simple sugars and fats. Walking is a great exercise as it will tone your body overall and is easy on your joints. Buy a pedometer... an active person supposedly walks 10,000 steps a day. As MADtv says... Eat Less, Move More.

first find a gym, and socendly find out about aerobics courses that are available in your area, this will be a good way for a beginner to understand whhat needs to be done and what is expected, and working with people in a group environment will help in sticking with it, until you are confident enough you can motivate yourself and stick with it.

and in evening,jog at-least 1 hour.

Eat light food and try dieting in night.
