Likely needs the hinge pins and bushings replaced. Very common. Parts are very cheap and available at any parts store. Labor is not too bad, get a friend to help support the door.
There is no manual band adjustment in that transmission. It is self adjusting.
I have a 96 blazer and the fuses are located behind a panel just inside the drivers side door on the end of the dash..
That would be cylinder #5
Under dash, drivers side, above e-brake pedal.
slide in under the drivers side of the truck just behind the drivers set and look up inside of the frame rail and you will see it.
I dont belive you can; it may have stretched, so I would suggest you replace it before it breaks and locks your hood down.

The belt is tightened automatically by the belt tensioner. If the belt is too loose, it's time to replace it.
Slide in under the truck behind the drivers door and look up in the frame rail and you will see it.
That would be the front spark plug in the drivers side head.
The nut holding the wiper arm to the wiper transmission is loose. Shut the wipers off, move drivers side wiper where it should be in the off position and tighten nut. There may be a plastic cover over the nut that you must remove to gain access.
