It all depends on where the leak is. Most shops are going to charge you anywhere from $25 to 75$ per hour. If it's a valve cover gasket, just do it yourself. Personally, I'd change one for twenty bucks plus the cost of the gasket. Same goes for a faulty oil sending unit. If it's the crank seal, you're looking at a three hour job or there abouts. If it's the oil pan, you've probably got a two to three hour job. As I said, it all depends on where the leak is and where you take it. If you're handy, just do it yourself and save a bunch of money.
It depends entirely on the extent of the damages.
Depends on where the leak is located, and how much labor will go into fixing it.
The cost varies depending on where you go, what make and model of vehicle you have, and, how bad of an exhaust leak you have. Prices start at around 150.00 and go up from there. Hope this helped, your best bet would be to call around to your local repair shops and get quotes.
You probably have a vacuum leak. Check intake manifold and throttle body gaskets as well as vacuum lines.
put a new motor in. it'll cost about the same as fixing the rear main that is more than likely the cause of the problem.
The A/C does not contain Freon. Contains R-134. If you are having to add refrigerant, it means you have a leak. It is illegal to add without first fixing the leak. Special tools are required to repair and add refrigerant. Take it to an A/C specialist.
That isn't much consumption.. If it buggs you take it to a garage and have them give you an estimate.
Where is the leak at? Engine?
Yes.... The workers at the refinery had a difficult time fixing the oil leak.
Start with looking for a vacuum leak.
