Muscular power is the relative strength of the muscles. However, there is more to power than just strength. Other factors include balance (muscles are more powerful when balanced), flexibility (large, inflexible muscles aren't very powerful), and endurance (smaller, weaker muscles can be more powerful if they can last longer).
Considerable confusion still exists in the sports medicine literature concerning the measurement of muscular power and what it represents. Measures of muscular performance cannot be conveniently categorized as "strength " or ''power" on the basis of the contractile velocity employed in the performance task. Given the proper physical definitions and formulations involved in muscular power measurement, it is concluded that although strength (force output) and power (work/time) are quantitatively related, they remain separate physical parameters that can be measured in all dynamic muscular contractions, whether fast or slow.
Strength refers to a muscle's ability to generate force against physical objects. In the fitness world, this typically refers to how much weight you can lift for different strength training exercises. The type of resistance can include dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, machines, cables or your own body. When lifting heavy weight, you increase strength, muscle size and connective tissues such as ligaments and tendons
Muscular strength should be apart of anyones training program. Training for muscular strength should consist of 2-4 repititions and muscular failure should occur.
muscular strength is to have strong mucles
Muscle strength is one of the four (4) components of physical fitness.
Muscular strength is generally defined as the ability to generate force at a given velocity of movement.
The definition of muscular strength is the maximum amount of force that a muscle can exert against a form of resistance at one time. It is using muscles to exert force and refers to the amount of force those muscles produce.

Muscle strength is most often increased through repeated use of the muscle or exercise. Muscle strength can also be increased with a combination of exercise and diet that includes protein.
Cardiac muscle has the ability to rapidly adapt the strength of contraction based on how much stretch there is in the muscle.
what is the strength of soma muscle relaxers
spriritual strength
Muscular Strength is defined as "The maximum force that can be generated by a muscle or group of muscles in one singular contraction. Muscular strength is affected by the following factors. -Cross sectional area of the muscle -Angle of pull -Length -Age -Gender -Number of fibres (motor units) recruited -Speed of contraction, depends on (Slow or fast twitch muscle fibres) -Shape of muscle -Type of contraction
it depends on how much weight your working out with. if you are using a weight that is challenging and only you can do 3 to 5 reps you are using the right weight if you want strength.. you should use low reps because it stimulates your muscle fibers faster and more rapidly then higher reps. higher reps=more muscle endurance, and more definition. Lower reps= strength and muscle mass. you will gain strength quicker with weight that you can only do low reps.
Eccentric training does favor strength. It does build more muscle strength and endurance than muscle growth.
your strength of the muscle
True.
Yes, strength building is very important to bodybuilding. Strength goes along with building muscle. The more muscle you build, the more strength you will have and the bigger your muscles can get.
