nothing at all
Difference between a vector and bitmap graphics is that a vector is a format of a drawing whereas bitmap is a format of a photo. * the advantages of a vector is that the drawing can be stretched to any size without ruining the quality and bitmap is faster to display .Bitmap graphics as being stored in a literal fashion, then Vector Graphics, stored representative are their opposites.

I have never heard of .bif before, apparently it is an archive format and .bmp is a bitmap image file.
Nothing, they are the same.
vector images you can modify - resize without loosing their quality, and bitmap you can resize but you will lost quality of image
The distinction between a Jpeg or a bitmap is the format in which the image is saved. The difference is due to the algorithm used to record and store the data. Most graphics programs and scanner software are capable of saving files in either format, or converting from one to another.
Photoshop can not save vector image but you can work with vector shapes inside Photoshop. There are many similarities, you can add elements to image like type, shape, change color... big difference is that you can not enlarge bitmap image without losing quality.
less duplicvation and high co-ordinality in b-tree where as more duplication and less co-ordinality in mbitmap
Bitmap graphics consist of pixels.
