The English Bill of Rights was used in the English revolution. The English bill of rights was during the Tudor dynasty. It addresses the right of citizens. It limited the power of monarchy. The United States Bill of Rights developed after the US Revolution. They were both influenced by john Locke: "right to revolt" and "life liberty and pursuit of happiness." Both were used to cement changes through revolutions. Both were used to exchange power.
