That would be Fascism the most famous of which would have been the National Socialist or Nazi party of Germany an the 30s and WWII period. I find it ironic that a party with such far right values would have socialism as part of its name, but socialist seems to be the closest English translation of whatever National Socialist really is in German. The essential tenet of any right wing party, whether they call themselves Conservatives, Republicans, or Nazis, is to put the health of the State itself above the quality of life of the people it is elected to serve (although there are plenty of right wing governments who came to power through military coups, the worst of which was probably that of Pinochet's Chile). The opposite of Fascism is Communism in its various forms whether they call themselves communists, socialists, Democrats, Liberals, or (in England) the Labor Party. A socialist believes the job of the state is to see to the welfare of the people it serves; to make sure there is affordable housing and access to health care for anyone who is sick, for example. What are the disadvantages of dictatorial?

In a dictatorial leadership, the disadvantage of it is that, one cannot express ones own opinion or feelings towards the decision the dictatorial leader serves. Unlike in a democratic leadership wherein the members also participate in the decision making and through this, that person can express his own opinion towards it (I mean who knows maybe the dictatorial leader forgot something, and with this he/she can think about the pros and cons in ones final decision)
