A very good cream that gets rid of pimples quick is Nelsons acne gel. It is sold in Whole Foods
( I found mine in the New York, Manhattan one ) and most likely many pharmacies too.

Face masks are SUPER effective against pimples. I suggest a lemon and honey one, it makes your skin super smooth and literally make the pimples disappear. When I used it I was so shocked I thought I was dreaming! It doesn't matter what kind of face mask though. This sure worked for me so I'm pretty sure it will work for you too.
