I am not too sure just how many inches I have lost, but all my trousers are way to big and all in just a few short months. In terms fo weight lost, I have lost over 14 kilograms in just four months, with the first five kilos dropping off me in just three weeks. All this just from reducing my sugar intake to less that 4 teaspoons of sugar a day. Very fast, and very healthy. Good luck.
