First of all, what is weight loss and why it’s needed?

There are four tips or ways which I would recommend you to pursue for weight loss. All these four methods are very effective if done in right manner without deceiving yourself. Tips to follow are :

DIETING

Lets start with dieting first.

Dieting is an action in which people restricts their diet ( calorie intake) in order to reduce their weight or to maintain it . In dieting, you follow a ‘low carb’ diet. It includes low fats, low carbohydrates and very low calorie intake. And you have to be strict towards your food consumption if you want to follow because if you are not following the low calorie diet while dieting, then its worthless. It wouldn’t work any change on your body. Also, scientific results show that if one follow dieting for shorter period then it may result in no weight loss. That means, Dieting is a very strict diet plan to follow. It requires proper measures to implement and feel the change. Altogether, don’t get confused in having no carb diet like wheat or pasta, you can have a little of everything because no carb or low carb diet doesn’t restrict the intake of vitamins and minerals that you get from normal ingredients that you eat. So make sure you take everything from your normal diet but in lesser quantity. Now lets note down some points that I would follow if I go for dieting.

1. Drink plenty and plenty of water throughout the day, because your body is in low carb already so make sure it don’t go dehydrated.

2. Don’t eat late night snacks. Watching t.v. and relaxing and chilling may provoke you to eat unhealthy snacks but you have to sacrifice.

3. If you can’t cope up with eating less, then try to eat multiple meals in your day with lesser amount.

4. Must include high protein content food in your meals because from their only your body will perform in low carb diet.

5. Breakfast meal is the first meal so It should never be skipped. After a gap of sleeping hours our body needs a high demand of nutrients for energy. Thus, to maintain that order one must take the first meal on time.

6. At last, I would recommend you to weight yourself once a week. That will help you to stay positive and motivated. Because if you are following dieting perfectly, then who will not get motivated by seeing their weight coming down.
