The 2001 Ford Expedition owners manual shows the spark plug gap for the 5.4 L - V8 as ( .052 - .056 inch ) ( if engine code " M " - natural gas - .044 inch )
if you buy the correct spark plugs , they are preset at factory to the right setting for your car
When changing the spark plugs of a car it is important to leave the right gap size. The Spark plug gap for this car is .042 inches.
Yes, you can change between 4WD, auto or 2WD at any speed. Only when setting LOW 4WD you must stop. Remember, when you set this position you only can drive straight.
If it is four wheel drive you will have shift lever coming through the floor in front of the front seat.
This could be bad spark plugs or plug wires
Remove wheel and rubber cover in the wheel well, then reach under fender to spark plugs. P.S. still hard but easier
Pretty sure it has an electronic speed sensor which means it doesnt have a cable but instead it plugs into the wiring harness.
