Some research shows the guava as being the most nutritious fruit - www.cspinet.org/nah/fantfruit.htm. However the watermelon comes second which I personally find amazing! Some other sites list the kiwi fruit as the most nutritious - I guess there is some element of what is classified as most nutritious?

Most all fruits have various health benefits. Blueberries are good for antioxidants while Oranges and grapefruit have high vitamin c. Tomatoes are very low calorie fruits and avocados are great for their healthy fat that your body actually needs. It all depends on what you are aiming for.
