If the engine is in the Jeep, about 4-8 hours depending on the shop where you bring it. I plan on spending a weekend if I'm doing it myself. The gasket isn't hard to replace, getting to it is not easy. You have to drain the water from the engine, depressurize the fuel system, remove the hoses, throttle cable, fuel rail, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, alternator, air conditioner compressor, etc, etc, etc. Once all that work is done, removing and reinstalling the head is easy; takes an hour or two. Then everything has to be put back together and the fuel system purged of air.
sorry but the price varies
Probably a blown or leaking head gasket.
