Uh, their native language. And whatever other foreign languages they've learned.

The Book of Mormon is translated into almost 200 languages, so they don't have to learn English to read scriptures.

Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The "Mormon" church) speak many different languages. Most Mormons speak at least some English, Spanish, or Portuguese, but there is no official language of the Church, nor are Church members required to learn any language other than their native tongue.

The Church publishes materials in 160 different languages and has websites in 101 different languages.

This is a hard one to answer because many missionaries speak multiple languages on their mission. (Many missions are English and Spanish, English and Chinese, etc) The most common would probably be English, followed by Spanish and Portuguese. English is the official language of most missions in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, most of Africa, and the Pacific Islands.
