If your doctor recommends it and you think it helps you need the consent of the custodial parent, or at least one parent if joint custody. If they don't aggree talk to them about why, talk to the doctor, then study it on the internet, then talk to your parent(s) again and give them the reasons you have figured out for wanting this. If they don't agree, try and compromise on a trial run. Ask your doctor if it should be a few weeks, a month, whatever, but during the time on meds record your grades, keep a diary of your feelings, count how many times you have arguments with your parents, etc. Then go for the same amount of time off the meds and record the same thing. This is sort of like what they do in a drug trial, but you'll be doing it for yourself. Your doctor will probably even help you set up the trial and help you figure out how to measeure if the drug is working or not. I think that the information you get from this will help you and your parents decide together about the medicine. Remind your parents that you are going to be an adult soon and this will be a good lesson on how to make adult decisioins.
Yes with parental consent.
I believe your parents getting divorced has nothing to do with it. most shops you have to be 18 or get parental consent for them to be able to tatto you. Also, only one parent is required to sign the consent form from what i have seen

Is is best to check with an independent insurance agent who is authorized to speak for several different companies, and will know any applicable state regulations.
