It is on the rear top right side of the engine. You will have to climb up and lean over the top of the engine to see it. Right rear corner of intake.

The original answer is incorrect. The low oil level sensor is located where the original answer states. The oil pressure sending unit is a separate part. The sending unit is located on the left rear top of the engine, behind the intake manifold mounted into the top of the block.

We need to know which sending unit you speak of. There are several on that vehicle such as temperature sending unit, oil pressure sending unit and fuel gauge sending unit.

Can be a weak oil pump but more than likely the oil pressure sending unit is defective. Replace it and see what you then have. If that does not solve the problem then have an oil pressure test run. Do not continue to drive this truck until you find out what the problem is.
