The Apollo Moon landing hoax. While I agree with the above poster that the Moon Landing is quite a common theory, I would argue the Kennedy assassination is the most well known conspiracy theory.
There is another conspiracy theory that is well known that absolutely blows my mind. It is that the Holocaust never happened. I can not fathom how anybody believes this, but guess some do.
Adolf Hitler
Black widows
It's normally applied to a version of events that a group of people believe to be true in direct conflict to the official version. Two well known examples of conspiracy theories are that man did NOT land on the moon but all the televised lunar landings were in fact an elaborate hoax, and that Roswell was not a Project MOGUL weather balloon carrying prototype spy gear but an alien landing on the Earth. It should be noted that conspiracy theorists often have to ignore available facts in order to promote their beliefs. For example, the technology to fake the Apollo flights, moon rocks, and video, etc. does not yet exist, let alone exist in 1969. And all the hard evidence at Roswell (photos) are of Project MOGUL wreckage.___A conspiracy is where a group of people plan a secret task that is only known to selected people.____A conspiracy theory:Claims that nothing is what is appears to be.That the 'official' version or explanation is untrue, but that there is a secret, true version. That 'the powers that be' are actively trying to suppress the true version in order to dupe the public.Pretends that some vast group of conspirators actually cares what the public believes.

I woulod say the three most well known are Darwin's theory of evolution, Newton's laws of motion and Einstein's theory of relativity
Probably the most well-known is E=mc2. Another one is his theory of relativity.
This is a trick question. If one is known, or a fact is known, then it is KNOWN. Like the word "unique." There is no more unique or most unique. Unique means one of a kind. So, in theory, more well known or most well known could suffice; but the term would be redundant.
Well a hypothesis is an educated guess and a theory is something you know for a fact is ther but it's not mapped or its not well known
Charles Darwin's theories are known as Darwinism. His most well-known theory is his Theory of Evolution which states that all life is related and has descended from a common ancestor: the birds and the bananas, the fishes and the flowers.

Charles Darwin is the most well-known person to have conceived of evolutionary theory, however, there were others such as Alfred Russel Wallace. Wallace was a British naturalist.
Agression of the learning theory
A lack of evidence would weaken any theory. But the well known asteroids have well defined orbits.
