The 08 vulcan has been getting between 46 mpg and 54 mpg, depending on riding conditions and speed. Overall average is just over 49 mpg. That is with windshield, bags and 185 lb. rider. Conditions were from almost still wind to 25-30 mph head and cross winds. The speeds ranged from 55 to 70 mph and through some hilly country and some flat lands.
The gas mileage I get with my 2004 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 ranges from about 55 to 60 MPG.

MOTOR OIL lol

i have one that gets 55mpgmine got 52 the first tank heavy town driving, then on the highway I got 59 mpg. so about 55 is a good average to go on.
I have a 2007 Vulcan 900 and I got only 125 miles off a tank of gas. I was on the hwy and driving between 75-80 mph
(900)/(your car's mpg fuel economy)
Removing the rear fender from a 2007 Vulcan 900 is not hard at all. Simply remove any screws or fasteners and wiring that are holding the fender in place. There are tutorials for removing the fender online at YouTube.
It takes almost exactly a gallon. Just did my oil change on a 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic 900. It was just over a gallon, but a gallon worth was good enough.
